How To Book A Shoot:
Introductions:
There's always questions, so let's discuss your shoot. For starters, you can call and introduce yourself. Even better, email us the following and then let's talk: Reference photos, links to your site, what the photos will be used for, and what style you're interested in.
Reserve a Time:
Appointments are best scheduled several weeks in advance. Model photography and smaller assignments work best on Weekday Mornings, with booking times starting as early as 8am. Event photography is preferred on Fridays & Saturdays. Product photography can be scheduled with less than 24-hour notice.
Make a Deposit:
A deposit is required to book the date for shooting.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING.
The date selected is final.
Work Out The Creative Details:
Whether you're a Northern California recording studio looking for promotional band photos, a new bride looking for a wedding photographer, a fresh face seeking a modeling job in California, or a group in need of family reunion photos, Pixevents can add the right flair to your project. Once the shoot is booked, please allow time to work out arrangements for stylists (hair, makeup, wardrobe etc). Pixevents' Rusell Mondy is an experienced Art Director with many years of marketing and branding experience, and will create a custom creative solution for the best presentation of your work. Pixevents will work with you to be prepared, and discuss creative directions in more detail.
Weddings
PixEvents offers the finest in Wedding and Event photography. Our style is a blend of photojournalism and traditional wedding photography. We use the latest in cutting edge technology not only to deliver the sharpest and most vivid images of your wedding day, but also to do it in a way such that it will not distract the wedding couple as they enjoy their day. While we shoot formals in a classical portraiture, most of our photos are taken with a more candid approach. This allows us to capture the emotions, laughter, joy and most importantly, love from your wedding day as it unfolds. PixEvents focuses on wedding photography because no other event provides as much excitement and emotions as a wedding ceremony.
Our wedding packages are designed to fit different type of needs and price points. Please note, the prices below does not include sales taxe. A local tax rate of 7.75 percent will be added to each of the wedding package prices below:
Platinum Wedding Package - $1999
- 40 page (100 photos approx) 9.5” x 13” professional Italian hand made flushmount wedding album (for 12” x 16” add $150, for 16” x 20” add $300)
- Up to 9 hours coverage on day of ceremony with unlimited images taken
- Up to three locations on day of wedding
- All images post processed and digitally enhanced
- Online viewing of photos for 90 days on password protected secured site (additional prints may be ordered online by friends and family at our cost, no markup)
- One photographer
- 9 hours coverage on day of the wedding
- Final image files (negatives) provided on DVD viewable on PC or Mac and ready for print
Gold Wedding Package - $1299
- 325 color with black and white 4x6" prints
- Choice of single 16” x 12” enlargement
- Up to three locations on day of wedding
- All image files post processed and digitally enhanced
- Online viewing of photos for 90 days on password protected secured site (additional prints may be ordered online by friends and family)
- One Photographer
- 8 hours coverage on day of the wedding
- Final image files (negatives) provided on DVD viewable on PC or Mac and ready for print
Silver Wedding Package - $999
- 250 color with black and white 4x6" prints
- Up to two locations on day of wedding
- All images post processed and digitally enhanced
- Online viewing of photos for 90 days on password protected secured site (additional prints may be ordered online by friends and family at our cost, no markup)
- One photographer
- Up to 6 hours coverage on day of the wedding
- Final image files (negatives) provided on DVD viewable on PC or Mac and ready for print
Bronze Wedding Package (Ceremony/Reception Only) - $799
- 150 color with black and white 4x6" prints
- Single location
- All image files post processed and digitally enhanced
- Online viewing of photos for 90 days on password protected secured site (additional prints may be ordered online by friends and family at our cost, no markup)
- One Photographer
- Up to 4 hours coverage on day of the wedding
- Final image files (negatives) provided on DVD viewable on PC or Mac and ready for print
A la carte - $200 per hour for one photographer
- All image files post processed and digitally enhanced provided on DVD ready for print
- One hour minimum
- Online viewing of photos for 90 days on password protected secured site (prints may be ordered online by friends and family at our cost, no markup)
Engagement Session - $250
One hour engagement session in either in Fresno or the Bay Area with unlimited photographs taken. All photos are retouched and provided on CD ready for print. Includes single 16” x12” enlargement.
